Holistic Logistics Environmental policy

We accept responsibility for the negative effects the operation of our business has upon the environment and take every practical step to run  Holistic Logistics as cleanly as possible.

• Minimise waste by monitoring operations and ensuring they are streamline and efficient.
• Minimise toxic emissions through the selection of vehicles in our fleet with particular attention to power requirements and fuel consumption.
• We actively promote recycling both internally and amongst our customers and suppliers.
• Meet or exceed all the environmental legislation that relates to the haulage business.
• Run all vehicles on the cleanest fuels available.
• Wherever possible we source supplies for our business from businesses with similar environmental policies and objectives.

Recycling

• Wherever possible our paper products are made from reclaimed paper.
• Ink cartridges are sent for refill.
• All waste paper is shredded and used for horse bedding.
• Plastics, wood, metals and glass are all sent for recycling through Milton Keynes Recycling Services.
